About The Dog Laundry...
Hi, I became a professional dog groomer because I find that I am happiest and most fulfilled when working with animals and their owners.
Dogs have always been part of my life. My family's first dog was a Border Collie called Moss. I'm sure that Moss was the beginning of my passion and interest for dogs and that fascination was to be carried on to the present day with my own dogs, Hannah and Megan.
Over the years I have enjoyed participating in various canine pastimes, obedience and agility, as well as showing my dogs, and attending voluntary visits with my dogs through Pets as Therapy. I also enjoy reading books and researching internet sources on canine nutrition and behaviour. See my Links page for interesting dog related sites.
As well as having natural artistic flair, I am also able to understand and handle different dog personalities and behaviours.
Most of all I have a deep love of animals and the desire to work with them, making dog ownership more enjoyable for my customers by keeping their pets healthy and well groomed while earning my living in the process.
