• One to one attention - no dogs waiting in cages (except in the case of a 2-dog household).
• Short stays - most dogs are groomed and ready within 1½ - 2 hours.
• Nail trimming and/or filing.
• Ear plucking and/or cleaning.
• Bathing with gentle water massage.
• Luxury shampoos and conditioners specially formulated for puppies & adult dogs.
• Warm blow drying / fluff drying.  I do not use cage or cabinet driers.
